ABOUT

A Leading Mental Health Builder

Aisha Bubah is a psychologist turned social entrepreneur. Over the last decade she has built organizations transforming mental health access across Nigeria, from influencing national policy to launching Africa’s largest mental health helpline. She is a fellow of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship started by President Barack Obama, Echoing Green and Cascador Program.

She is a recipient of the Trailblazer award by the US Mission in Nigeria for her groundbreaking work and innovations on delivering mental healthcare in Nigeria.

Her academic credentials include a diploma in social entrepreneurship, a business leadership fellowship at Drake University, Iowa, an MSC. in Counselling psychology from Christ University India.

Along her journey as a social entrepreneur, she learned that creating impact isn’t always enough. The organizations that change lives for decades are those built on strong strategy, sustainable revenue, and thoughtful execution.

Today, along with building a sustainable mental health organization,  she also works with founders to build organizations that are financially sustainable, investment-ready, and capable of creating lasting social change.

Why work with me

I’ve spent the last decade building organizations that have influenced national policy, expanded access to mental healthcare, mobilized funding, and launched innovations serving millions of Nigerians.
